History of the winery

Founded in 1903 by Don Pascual Iaccarini, a Neapolitan immigrant who made Argentina his homeland and San Rafael, his place in the world. The winery is located in the district of Las Paredes, San Rafael, province of Mendoza. It was the first established in that district, where Don Pascual is a legend, having left deep traces among the population. He is remembered for having donated all his goods to local government entities for social and educational purposes.
After its management, the management of the winery went to a Cooperative and then returned to private hands, until in 2009 the Tucumán family Méndez Collado – with firm business background in his province – came to the rescue of the legacy and dream of its founder.
The new management faced the recovery and enhancement of the establishment, transmitting all its genuine passion for wine, culture and tradition.
The new era of Bodega Iaccarini has three ranges of Cavas Don Nicasio, Bodega Iaccarini and Vía Blanca, with the advice of the renowned consultant Eno Rolland, of Michel Rolland, a wine reference worldwide.
